Rental Conditions

Deposits:

• Non-refundable deposit of 30% of total rental cost required at time of reservation
• Damage deposit required at time of rental and refunded less any damages
• Cash or certified check only
• Confirmation sent out following receipt of deposit
• Taxes included, prices are in Canadian dollars

Check In and Out:

• Check-In: After 16h00 (4:00 p.m.)
• Check-Out: Before 11h00 (11:00 a.m.)

Other:

• No smoking inside residence
• No pets
• Housekeeping included following each rental
• “Groupe Integral” personal home security code provided upon arrival at rental location
