Description of Houses

The Main House is wooden, situated on a rock, and offers a magnificent view of the Sutton Mountains from the porch and the master bedroom. It can comfortably accommodate from two (2) to eight (8) persons.

The Cottage can comfortably accommodate from two (2) to four (4) people. It has an attached shed, which is shared by both houses, for overnight storage of skis and ski boots.

The houses can either be rented together or independently by two different families or groups of friends. The two houses are completely independent from one another with their own heating and water systems. They each have “Groupe Integral” alarm systems for fire and theft. If renting both houses together, one code will be provided for both houses; however, if only renting one house, each house will have separate codes that will be provided at the time of rental.
